Site Operator and Creator

NXMC Ventures LLC operates World Football Award. SGN Soccer is the public creator and developer of the platform and site.

Independent Platform

World Football Award is an independent football media and recognition platform. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by any governing body, confederation, federation, competition organizer, league, club, or other third-party rights holder.

Third-Party References

References to competitions, teams, clubs, players, organizations, or other third parties are informational and do not imply endorsement, authorization, or association.

No Placeholder Results

The reviewed men’s and women’s ballots are open. The site does not publish live rankings, vote percentages, winner claims, placeholder totals, or an AI ranking or scoring system. Results will be based on verified, reviewed ballot records and published only after integrity review.

Founding-Fan Registration

When you submit the founding-fan form, you confirm that the information is accurate and that you consent to receive the communications described on the form. Duplicate registrations may be consolidated or rejected. You may withdraw from communications using an available unsubscribe method or by contacting us.

Public Ballot Rules

You may submit one verified vote per ballot track and category using the same email address. Standard categories require one choice from the published shortlist. The People’s XI requires a complete 4-3-3 selection under the limits shown on the ballot. Write-ins, written justifications, and supporting links are not accepted.

Each vote must be submitted in good faith and confirmed through the email link issued for that specific track, category, and selection. Replacing an unverified selection invalidates its earlier confirmation link. A verified selection cannot be replaced. Automated, deceptive, coordinated, abusive, or otherwise ineligible activity may be limited, flagged, or excluded.

AI-assisted review helps organize evidence and candidate fields. Human editors determine shortlist eligibility and category fit. AI does not select a winner. Separate men’s and women’s results will be calculated from verified, eligible ballots after the voting window closes and integrity review is complete.

Acceptable Use

You may not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, submit automated or deceptive registrations or ballots, misuse site content, impersonate another person, or use the platform in violation of law. We may limit access or disregard activity that undermines site security or ballot integrity.

Intellectual Property

The World Football Award name, visual identity, site design, editorial content, and original platform materials are owned by or licensed to NXMC Ventures LLC and SGN Soccer, as applicable. Third-party names, marks, competition references, and other materials remain the property of their respective owners.

No Wagering or Professional Advice

World Football Award is a media and recognition platform. Site content and any future public verdict are not official sporting determinations, betting information, or professional advice.

Availability and Liability

The site is provided on an as-available basis. We may update, suspend, or correct site features and content. To the extent permitted by applicable law, NXMC Ventures LLC and SGN Soccer are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of, or inability to use, the site.

Changes and Contact
