Operator and Data Controller

NXMC Ventures LLC operates this site and is the data controller for personal information collected through it. SGN Soccer is the public creator and developer of World Football Award.

Information We Collect

The founding-list form requires an email address and consent. Country or region and a favorite club or national team are optional. The ballot collects the selected track, category, shortlisted candidate or team selection, email address, region, consent, verification state, integrity state, and submission time. The ballot does not request a written justification or supporting link. We do not intentionally collect payment information, precise location, or government identification through these forms.

How We Use Information

We use registration information to send category updates, the published verdict report, and related operational notices. We use ballot information to confirm a specific selection, enforce one verified vote per track and category for each email address, assess submission integrity, calculate reviewed results, and report aggregate regional participation. Unverified or integrity-flagged ballots are excluded from the result record. Optional founding-list information may be used in aggregate to understand the audience.

Storage, Service Providers, and Disclosure

Registration, legacy nomination, and ballot records are kept in private site storage available only to authorized site operators. Candidate names may appear in shortlist and result coverage, but voter email addresses and individual regions are not published. Cloudflare Turnstile is used to assess automated activity, and Resend is used to deliver confirmation and operational email. Short-lived rate-limit records use cryptographic IP hashes rather than raw IP addresses. We do not sell registration, nomination, or ballot information. We may disclose information when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect the site, its users, or our rights.

Retention and Your Choices

We retain registration, legacy nomination, and ballot information while the founding verdict remains active and afterward as reasonably needed for verification, integrity, reporting, and legal purposes. You may request access, correction, deletion, or removal from communications by emailing privacy@worldfootballaward.com. Marketing emails will include an available unsubscribe method when email delivery begins.

Security

We use managed human verification, server-side validation, short-lived rate limits, email confirmation, access controls, moderation, and operational monitoring intended to protect submissions and platform integrity. No online system can guarantee complete security.

Children

This registration form is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through it. A parent or guardian who believes a child submitted information may contact us for deletion.

Public Ballots

The reviewed men’s and women’s ballots are open. Each confirmation link is scoped to one track, category, and saved selection. If the ballot later collects additional information or uses new analytics or identity tools, this policy will be updated before those practices begin.

Changes and Contact
